I tried Gigi Young’s guided meditation, which was very relaxing: I could feel the warm light in my body. But when it was time to connect, I was skeptical how it was going to go, as I was having a hard time visualizing. However, instead of seeing a meadow, I felt like I was floating in deep blue waters. Later, I could see an outline of a cetacean tail. I’m not sure if this was a connection or not, but I am most definitely willing to do this meditation often.
